#Automatic updates
Since October, all FitWP themes can be automatically updated inside WordPress dashboard just like normal themes on wordpress.org.
To enable automatic update, you need the latest version of the themes. Please update the theme manually first (see below for the guide). You have to do this once and you won’t have to do that again.
To get automatic updates, just go to Appearance → Theme Update and enter your purchase code. Whenever a new version is available, you will see a notification in the dashboard and you can update then.
By default, WordPress checks for updates twice a day. If you want to force check for a new version, just go to Dashboard → Updates and click the button Check Again.
#Manual updates
You can manually update the theme by going to the Downloads page on ThemeForest and download the theme (just the theme only).
Then unzip it and use a FTP client like FileZilla to upload it to wp-content/themes folder, overwriting the old files.
